“Service call was made just before closing due to no heat from our residential boiler. Was told a tech would be out between 6:00 & 8:00. Just before 8:00 we received a call saying the tech had been in an accident, but that the owner, Anthony Bentley, would arrive within an hour to cover the call. He came, inspected the situation and quickly made the repairs. Impressed that the owner of the company picked up the call so late on a cold, snowy night.”
